How to order your initials
Choose an available colour, type your initials in the «Initials to embroider» field and add the bag to your cart. The embroidery is included in the price.

Preparation and returns
Embroidery requires extra preparation time. Please confirm the lead time before buying if you need it by a specific date. The carrier's delivery time starts once the order has been shipped. Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind; please contact us if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.
